Inviting new member. No email

Hello,

I have been trying to invite a new member to my organization, but they never receive an email. Am I doing something wrong?

(I suggested that they use the forgotten password link on the homepage and they were able to set a password. Now they get this error though: Invalid credentials: Failed to create a JWT token for this account. Please contact support at support@stoplight.io.)

Hey @helen.griffith! The support email is going to be the best place for these kinds of issues. They’ll need to dig into some account details that is harder to do in the forum. They should be responding sometime today.
