Cancellation happened - why?

I received an email saying my subscription is cancelled - I didn’t cancel my subscription to Stoplight’s service. How do we get this corrected?

I’m sorry to hear that. It looks like you have a manual invoice setup, while I get the details of that, can you forward me that email?

@einnes it looks like this was for your plan in Classic. someone should be in touch with more info and an invoice for the next year.
